Her talents go far beyond the walls of Hawthorn and we are humbled and delighted to provide her a venue to continue her work, as she did in Ukraine.

“Hello, My name is Anastasiia Hliieva.
I am a pastry chef from Ukraine.
Unfortunately, due to the war, I had to leave my country and now I live and work in Tallahassee.
For 11 years I have been creating cakes of various complexity. From very small, up to 8 feet in height.
I worked on the creation of dessert tables that combined a wide variety of desserts in a single theme, both for 10 people and for 3000 people.
I do what I love and I know how to do it. And with great pleasure I will become your pastry on any of your celebration!”
